Unit SummaryOverall, the goal of this unit plan is for students to gain skills, knowledge, and experience that will give them more of a sense of control when creating art projects. At the end of this unit, students will know the basic principles of design. They will also be able to analyze works of art and understand how the artist is using these principles in their composition. Finally, students will be able to understand how personal style and choice of material work together with the principles of design to create great artworks.
